Post

London Coliseum, St Martin's Lane, Trafalgar Square, London WC2N 4ES. Please include your name, address, telephone and credit card details with expiry date, start date, security code, and, where appropriate, and issue number.

In Person

The Box Office is located in the foyer of the London Coliseum, St Martin's Lane, Trafalgar Square, London, WC2N 4ES, and is usually open from 10am-6pm Monday to Saturday, excluding bank holidays.

Confirmation

Following the completion of online bookings, you will receive an email confirming all the details of your booking. Please read the email thoroughly, and we do advise that you bring a print-out with you to the Coliseum.

Collecting your tickets

To collect your tickets, please bring the card with which you made your booking to the main foyer at the Coliseum, where you will find our Ticket Collection Machines; simply inset your card and your tickets will print-out.

Postage & Packing

There is a charge of £1 per transaction for telephone bookings to cover p&p of tickets within the EU.

Exchanges & Credit Notes

Tickets can be exchanged, if possible, for a fee of £2.50 per ticket.
Please note that for events not taking place within the ENO opera season credit notes will not be issued and exchanges are subject to strict conditions.

ALL EXCHANGES MUST BE MADE AT LEAST 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE OF THE PERFORMANCE.

Booking Fee

English National Opera does not charge a booking fee for the opera season.
Please note that events not taking place within the ENO opera season may be subject to booking fees administered by the producers of the show.
Please note that the authorisation of ALL exchanges and credit notes is at the discretion of the Box Office Management.

Performance information

All ENO performances are sung in English, unless advertised.

Children

The Coliseum welcomes young audience members aged five and over. We do welcome younger audience members to specialy selected events; look-out for the “Child Friendly” note in the brochure.

Refunds

Regrettably, English National Opera can not offer refunds for unused tickets, however we will endeavour to exchange ticket for ENO shows to another performance, or issue a credit note wherever possible. We cannot offer refunds for performances that are not part of ENO's Season. If you are unsure, please contact the Box Office for further information.
