General Booking

Please note: information relating to pricing, fees, concessions and discounts are correct for ENO productions, but may vary for guest companies.

In person: The London Coliseum is located on St. Martin's Lane, London, WC2N 4ES.

Opening Hours: The London Coliseum Box Office is open from 10am to 8pm, Monday to Saturday, on performance nights, and 10am to 6pm, Monday to Saturday on non-performance nights. When the Box Office is closed, you can still book online. Any calls made when the Box Office is closed will be diverted to Ticketmaster.

Ticket exchanges are available for ENO productions apart from Secret Seat tickets (ticket exchanges may not be possible for non-ENO productions). Please contact the Box Office at least 24 hours in advance; a fee will apply.

Refunds are not available unless a performance is cancelled.

Box office fees of £3.50 per transaction apply to telephone bookings made via ENO's Box Office and £1.75 for bookings made on ENO's website. Booking fees may be more for non-ENO productions.

Stand-bys and concessions
Subject to availability, stand-by tickets will be offered up to three hours before the performance to:

  • Senior citizens
  • Students
  • Income Support recipients
  • Under-16s
  • Westminster Rescard holders

Disabled patrons and their carers can book stand-by tickets from 10am on the day of the performance by joining our Access Scheme (call 020 7845 9300 or email access@eno.org).

Concessions are available in advance to under-16s and members of the Access Scheme and Access All Arias scheme only. Please note, children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

 

Secret Seat

Secret Seat
Buy a £20 unallocated seat in advance and be guaranteed a seat worth £25 or more on the night – you could even be in the stalls or dress circle!

How does it work?
Bookable online only. You'll get a confirmation of your payment immediately, and three days before the performance we’ll email you your actual seat number. Three days before the performance we'll send you an email confirming your seat number and attaching your ticket to print at home. Some Secret Seats will always be in the stalls – the rest could be anywhere else in the auditorium but always in an area worth £25 or more.

Secret Seats will be available for all performances in the 2013/14 season: Fidelio, Die Fledermaus, Madam Butterfly, The Magic Flute, Satyagraha, Peter Grimes, Rigoletto, Rodelinda. There is limited availability so book early to take advantage of this great deal.

How to book Secret Seats

  • Select the date you would like to book for as normal
  • Click on the Secret Seat logo next to the seating plan
  • Select the number of tickets you want to book at £20 each (or £30 with interval champagne) and click select. Login/create an account to purchase your tickets, choosing 'Collect' as your delivery method.
  • When your transaction is complete, you will receive a confirmation email. Three days before the performance we'll send you an email confirming your seat number and attaching your ticket for you to print at home.*


*Please note that any emails received before this time and without seat numbers are confirmation of transaction only and will not admit you into the performance. Secret Seats are only available online, subject to availability with no exchanges or refunds. Management allocates all seats and some will always be in the stalls. Secret Seats are not available as part of subscription booking.

 

Access All Arias

Access All Arias is our free under-30s and students scheme. For more information:

Access Scheme

Subscription Tickets

ENO Subscription Booking entitles you to a discount when you book for three or more operas across the Autumn 2013 / Spring 2014 season. Book three operas and save 5%, book four operas and save 10%, book five operas and save 15%, or book 6 or more operas and save 20%. Subscription tickets can be booked from 28 May until 2 Sep 2013 online or by calling Box Office on 020 7845 9300.
