Opening Hours: The London Coliseum Box Office is open from 10am to 8pm, Monday to Saturday, on performance nights, and 10am to 6pm, Monday to Saturday on non-performance nights. When the Box Office is closed, you can still book online. Any calls made when the Box Office is closed will be diverted to Ticketmaster.

Ticket exchange is possible by contacting the ENO Box Office at least 24 hours in advance. A fee will apply. Please note that exchanges are not always possible for non-ENO productions.

Refunds are not available unless a performance is cancelled in whole or in part.

Box office fees of £2.75 per transaction apply to telephone bookings made via ENO’s Box Office and £1.55 for bookings made on ENO’s website. Booking fees may be more for non-ENO productions.

Stand-bys and concessions (£15-£35) may be available 3 hours before a performance at the management’s discretion, with the exception of disabled patrons and their carers who can book stand-bys from 10am on the day of performance by joining our Access Scheme. When available, stand-bys will only be offered to senior citizens, students, Income Support recipients, under-16s and Westminster Rescard holders. Concessions are available in advance to under-16s and members of the Access Scheme and Access All Arias scheme only. Please note, children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Subscription Booking

ENO Subscription Booking entitles you to a discount when you book for 4 or more operas across the Spring and Summer 2012 Seasons. Book 4 operas to save 10%, book 5 operas and save 15%, or book 6 or more operas and save 20%. Subscription bookings for the Spring and Summer 2012 Seasons must be received by Monday 16 January. Jakob Lenz does not form part of ENO Subscriptions. Groups Bookings

Group bookings of 10 people or more are entitled to a 25% discount on standard-priced operas and a 15% discount on premium-priced operas.
