Enjoy Opera
What is Enjoy Opera?
Enjoy Opera?
Gives school groups the opportunity to attend a selection of ENO performances at the London Coliseum for only £8 a ticket – a saving of up to £30! For certain productions we also offer a pre-performance workshop to enhance and support your visit. Workshops take place on the afternoon of selected performances and are the ideal preparation for an opera and a great way to introduce students to the Coliseum. Each workshop varies depending on the production, but all are fully participatory and will involve anything from singing to movement, drama, improvisation and discussion. Workshops are highly recommended as an introduction to opera for first-time groups. Workshop and performance: £14
Who’s it for?
Although the Enjoy Opera scheme is aimed at secondary schools, we are happy to discuss the production with primary schools and make suitable recommendations for this age group. We also welcome home schooled students accompanied by their parents/carers and singing or voice pupils (under the age of 18), provided they are in a group and accompanied by their teacher.
