Strictly Gershwin, a dazzling celebration of George Gershwin and the sparkling age of Hollywood, comes to the London Coliseum for the very first time. Gershwin’s sassy tunes, most famously Rhapsody in Blue, An American in Paris and Summertime, combine with Derek Deane’s sensational choreography to conjure up the Silver Screen genius of Fred Astaire, Ginger Rogers and Gene Kelly.
Strictly Gershwin recreates the razzmatazz of the big band, Hollywood musicals era. This glittering production features a journey in dance from ballet to tap, ballroom to jazz that builds to a breathtaking finale.
