ABOUT SUBSCRIPTIONS
Booking for 3 or more operas entitles you to Subscriber benefits including priority booking and discounted tickets. Subscriptions apply to the Sept - Dec 08 Sky Arts programme - Cavalleria rusticana & Pagliacci to Riders to the Sea - plus, due to popular demand, next Summer's revival of Madam Butterfly. Subscribers to 3 operas in this booking period receive a 15% discount and subscribers to 4 - 6 operas receive a 20% discount. Subscriptions do not include tickets to performances of English National Ballet or other non-ENO performances.

> Don't forget - SUBSCRIPTION BOOKING ENDS ON MONDAY 1 SEPTEMBER.
> You cannot buy boxes online.

TO BOOK SUBSCRIPTIONS ONLINE
1. Visit www.tickets.eno.org
2. Click on 'My Account'

If you are currently a Patron or Friend of ENO:
Please log in to your existing online account using your email address and password. If you have forgotten your password, click the forgotten password option and it will be emailed to you. If you don't have an online account or are having problems accessing your online account, please contact the Box Office on 0871 271 5055 (Patrons) or 0871 472 4222 (Friends) to book your tickets

If you are NOT currently a Patron or Friend of ENO:
You can buy subscriptions by logging in to your existing online account using your email address and password. If you don't have an online account, please set up an online account by clicking 'My Account' and then 'New User'

3. Click 'What's On' to see shows on sale
4. Choose the Show, Date, Time and Seat for each opera you would like to book. Click 'Continue Shopping' to choose tickets to the next opera.
You must do this for a minimum of 3 operas and a maximum of 6.
5. Purchase programmes and/or make a donation to ENO
6. To buy your tickets, click 'Proceed to Checkout'
7. Confirm your order and payment information

TO BOOK ONLINE FOR SINGLE TICKETS
1. Visit www.tickets.eno.org
Click 'My Account'. If you have an existing account, log in using your email address and password. If you have forgotten your password, click the forgotten password option and it will be emailed to you. If you are a new user, set up your online account by clicking 'My Account' and then 'New User'.
2. Click 'What's On' to see shows on sale
3. Choose the Show, Date, Time and Seat
4. Purchase programmes, gift vouchers or memberships and/or make a donation to ENO
5. To buy your tickets, click 'Proceed to Checkout'
6. Confirm your order and payment information

When you book online:
> the £1 booking fee per transaction is waived
> you can choose your seats
> you can see the view from your seats
