ENO provides free facilities, services and information for patrons with disabilities.

London Coliseum

The London Coliseum has enhanced its range of seating options for wheelchair users, and added adapted toilets and lifts for better accessibility. These include:

  • Four new wheelchair spaces in the Stalls, two new wheelchair spaces in the Dress Circle and existing wheelchair space in the Stalls Boxes
  • Transfer seats for those who prefer to transfer out of their wheelchairs, comprising four in the Dress Circle and six in the Balcony
  • Adapted unisex toilets on four out of five levels of the London Coliseum: Basement, Stalls, Dress Circle and Balcony
  • Two lifts – including one in the main foyer – which provide access to all levels

    Reduced ticket prices via the ENO Access Scheme (up to 50% discount)
  • Sign language-interpreted performances
  • Audio-introduction at every performance – Talking Notes® give a brief synopsis and vivid description of the sets, costumes and characterisations. These audio cassettes are available on request from the Box Office
  • Braille and large print versions of the season brochure, cast lists and synopses
  • Audio cassette of the season brochure and an audio map detailing the route to the theatre and layout of the London
