English National Opera are seeking a visionary Head of Casting and Talent Development.

A key role in our leading artistic team, the position is responsible for casting the diverse range of singers, conductors, actors and creatives that make our world class productions, and discovering the emerging talent that will shape the future of the ENO.

With a passion for discovering the brightest new stars, you will have a thorough and detailed knowledge of the British and international vocal market, and experience of supporting talent development programmes. You will also have expertise in contracting singers and covers, and working with agents at an international level.
