Assistant Ticketing Manager

£35,000 per annum

Full-Time, 5 Days (35 Hours per week), Based at London Coliseum

Reporting to the Ticketing Manager, the Assistant Ticketing Manager’s primary role is assisting with day-to-day Company ticketing for ENO and day-to-day House Seat Ticketing for rentals. You will be responsible for a number of opening nights during the season, in conjunction with the Head of Box Office Services (HOBOS) and the Ticketing Manager. As part of the role, you will lead on the ticketing requirements of ENO Engage, as well as taking on individual projects as and when required (such as Relaxed Performances and training). Within your role you will be required to fulfil Duty Manager Shifts, making calm and confident decisions, leading by example to uphold rigorous standards of safety and exceptional customer service. You will deputise for the HOBOS and Ticketing Manager when necessary/appropriate.
