From free Opera tickets and staff recognition schemes to the chance to work in London’s iconic Coliseum, being part of our friendly and ambitious Customer Experience Department is a fun, varied job where the whole team provide support and encouragement toward exceeding our sales targets.

We’re looking for people who take real pride in connecting with our varied audience members and delivering a service tailored to each individual. You’ll be a creative problem solver, with the ability to think on your feet, upsell, and represent our amazing brand. If you don’t know your Puccini from your Rossini – don’t worry! You don’t need to have experience in opera, theatre or classical music to work with us, and we actively welcome people from a wide range of backgrounds.
