Head of Executive Office and EA to the Chief Executive

Role: Head of Executive Office and EA to the Chief Executive, English National Opera and London Coliseum

Reports to:  Chief Executive

Responsible for: Executive Assistants Team

Contract type: Permanent

Salary: £50,000 – £55,000 per annum DOE

Place of work: London & Manchester, with travel to other locations as required.

Hours of work: 35 hours per week usually 10am to 6pm although flexibility to work outside these times is required.

 

The Head of Executive Office (HEO) works closely with the Chief Executive and team of Executive Assistants across English National Opera to ensure that the CEO and Executive Team receive the advice and support they need. The role will facilitate the coordination of people and activity within a dynamic, confidential environment. The postholder’s focus will be on leading the Executive Office, managing the team of Executive Assistants across the company, acting as Executive Assistant to the CEO and overseeing the efficient running of ENO’s governance and executive functions. The post reports into the CEO and is based at the London Coliseum, St Martin’s Lane, London, WC2N 4ES, with work at other appropriate locations as required, including Manchester.
