Monday - Saturday:
10am to 8pm
(on performance nights)
10am to 6pm
(on non-performance nights)
For Sunday performances the Box Office in the London Coliseum foyer will open approximately three hours before the performance for in-person ticket collection and purchase. Please note that Box Office phone lines are not open on Sundays.
When the Box Office is closed, you can still book online.
Please note: information relating to pricing, fees, concessions and discounts are correct for ENO productions, but may vary for guest companies.
Ticket exchanges are available for ENO productions apart from Secret Seat tickets. (Ticket exchanges may not be possible for non-ENO productions). Please contact the Box Office at least 24 hours in advance; a fee will apply.
Refunds are not available unless a performance is cancelled.
Box office fees of £3.50 per transaction apply to telephone bookings made via ENO's Box Office and £1.75 for bookings made on ENO's website. Booking fees may be more for non-ENO productions.
Stand-bys and concessions Subject to availability, stand-by tickets will be offered up to three hours before the performance to:
- Senior citizens
- Income Support recipients
- Westminster Rescard holders
Disabled patrons and their carers can book stand-by tickets from 10am on the day of the performance by joining our Access Scheme (call 020 7845 9300 or email firstname.lastname@example.org).
Concessions are available in advance to under-16s and members of the Access Scheme and Access All Arias scheme only. Please note, children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Children under five will not be admitted.
Buy a £20 unallocated seat in advance and be guaranteed a seat worth £25 or more on the night – you could even be in the stalls or dress circle!
How does it work? Bookable online only. You'll get a confirmation of your payment immediately, and three days before the performance we’ll email you your actual seat number with your ticket to print at home. Some Secret Seats will always be in the stalls – the rest could be anywhere else in the auditorium but always in an area worth £25 or more.
There is limited availability so book early to take advantage of this great deal. Not available for guest company productions. Secret Seats cannot be exchanged for other performances.
If you book two Secret Seats at the same time for the same performance we will seat you together. If you book more than two seats, or if you book them separately, we will try to seat you together but unfortunately we cannot guarantee that we will be able to. Secret Seats will always have a view of the surtitles screen but otherwise may be anywhere in the auditorium. Secret Seats are only available online, are subject to availability, cannot be combined with any other offer or discount, and cannot be exchanged or refunded under any circumstances. In all cases the management’s decision is final.
