CRM System and Database Manager
Salary: £50,000 per annum
Contract: Permanent, full-time (35 hours per week)
Location: London Coliseum
We are seeking a CRM System and Database Manager to join our team at the London Coliseum. This exciting new role follows the recent implementation of our new ticketing and CRM system, Spektrix.
The CRM System and Database Manager will ensure that LCL’s Spektrix ecosystem is fully optimised by overseeing and coordinating the strategy, input, storage and management of all financial, tracking and customer data according to strict internal protocols and procedures. This key role is the developer and owner of the CRM strategy, the internal database controller and provides support across our departments.

Requirements:
- CRM and other enterprise database application management and support experience
- Good working knowledge of CRM and other enterprise database application management, ideally Spektrix, or demonstrable ability to quickly learn this system on-the-job
- A strong understanding and experience in data quality management including current and future data protection legislation, PCI-DSS, GDPR and other applicable legislation and standards
- Strong data skills – ability to produce routine and ad-hoc reports and analysis for company-wide and departmental needs
- Experience or working understanding of ticketing, pricing and sales practices
- Working knowledge and understanding of direct marketing such as audience/customer segmentation, fundraising and e-mail marketing/conditional content, and ticketing, pricing and financial processing
- Proven ability to forge productive working relationships across multiple teams
- The ability to translate business needs into technical language and vice versa
- Experience of documenting requirements, analysing options, and designing business solutions
- Experience of delivering training to new and experienced users in CRM and related systems
