Events Manager

We’re seeking an experienced Events Manager to join our Development Department.

The Events Manager delivers outstanding events, focusing on member and donor-specific events including Dress Rehearsals, Opening Nights, our Opera Unwrapped series, and cultivation evenings at the London Coliseum and in Greater Manchester.

Requirements:

  • Experienced events professional with an understanding of the transformative outcomes of the performing arts
  • Passion for working with an organisation with accessibility at its heart
  • Ability to build positive relationships with clients and supporters
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within the Development Department as well as internal and external stakeholders
  • ​Willingness to share skills, experience and knowledge with other fundraisers in the Department
  • Willing to develop your own knowledge, skills and experience​
  • Experience of using ticketing systems and fundraising databases​
  • Strong communication skills with ability to present complex budgets in a simple manner appropriate to different stakeholder audiences​
