Box Office Sales Assistants

Salary: £14.85/hour
Contract: Permanent, full-time
Location: London Coliseum

 

We are looking for friendly and enthusiastic Box Office Sales Assistants to join our Box Office team. We’re passionate about the ability of art to connect, uplift and inspire people, and as a member of the Box Office Team, that journey starts with you.

We’re looking for people who take real pride in connecting with our varied audience members across English National Opera Productions and visiting productions and delivering a service tailored to each individual. You’ll be a creative problem solver, with the ability to think on your feet, upsell and work well as part of a team.

 

Requirements:

  • Proactive sales approach with experience in cross-selling and upselling
  • Strong customer service and communication skills across various channels
  • High attention to detail, particularly in data entry and compliance
  • Ability to work collaboratively
  • Flexible and responsive to dynamic work environments and customer needs
