ENO Engage Programme Coordinator

Salary: £28,000-£35,000
Contract: Full-time, 3 year, fixed-term contract,
Location: Hybrid, 2-3 days in Greater Manchester Office, occasional travel to London and other locations as required.

 

We are seeking an organised and passionate Creative Health Programme Coordinator to join our Engage Team.

The Engage Creative Health Programme Coordinator will support the day-to-day delivery and development of the Creative Health strand, particularly the ENO Breathe programme, collaborating with health and community partners. The role involves managing programme logistics, contributing to its expansion into other health conditions and supporting community projects in both Greater Manchester and London.

Requirements:

  • A team player with strong collaborative skills
  • A commitment to excellence and an exceptional attention to detail
  • Highly organised and able to prioritise and manage time effectively
  • An adaptable and fast learner who quickly grasps new systems and processes, efficiently managing them independently as part of their workload
  • Strong IT skills (Microsoft outlook, word, excel, website editing, newsletters, surveymonkey, social media, Teams/Zoom and email systems)​
  • Flexible and adaptable to change​
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proven experience of communicating sensitively and effectively with individuals from a range of backgrounds
  • Ability to remain composed, professional, and think critically before acting in sensitive or high-pressure situations – ensuring reactions are aligned with the needs of those involved
  • Experience of running, monitoring and evaluating projects
  • Experience of keeping track of expenditures and using budgets​
  • Understanding of safeguarding in relation to young people and vulnerable adults, and knowledge of best practice with data protection and GDPR​
  • Happy to join in with sessions and engage in activities that involve singing and breathing techniques
  • Experience of or a passion for working on high quality arts projects in learning/outreach and community contexts​
  • An active knowledge and interest in the arts education sector, particularly arts for social change​
