Front of House Team Member, English National Opera

£13.15 per hour

Casual Contract from 2nd April 2024 until 1st September 2024

Based at London Coliseum

From free Opera tickets and staff recognition schemes to the chance to work in London’s iconic Coliseum, being part of our friendly and ambitious Customer Service Department is a fun, varied job where the whole team work together to provide a fantastic experience for anyone who walks through our doors.

We’re looking for people who take real pride in connecting with our varied audience members and delivering a service tailored to each individual. You’ll be a creative problem solver, with the ability to stay calm, positive and proactive in a pressured environment. If you don’t know your Puccini from your Rossini – don’t worry! You don’t need to have experience in opera, theatre or classical music to work with us, and we actively welcome people from a wide range of backgrounds.

Please note, Interview and Assessment days will be held on Thursday 14th and Friday 15th March 2024. Successful candidates will be required to attend a training day on Tuesday 2nd, Thursday 23rd and Wednesday 24th April 2024.
