We are looking for an expert in CRM systems and/or database administrator to maximise the potential of our Salesforce Non-Profit Cloud system to support the work of the fundraising team.

From free opera tickets and staff recognition schemes to working in London’s iconic Coliseum, being part of our friendly and ambitious Development Department is a fun, varied job where the whole team provide support and encouragement toward meeting and exceeding fundraising targets. As our Senior Operations Manager, you will manage the migration of data to the Salesforce system, oversee its operation, and upskill our fundraisers on the technology. You’ll ensure its used to build strong relationships, provide data and insights and works to maximise our fundraising ability.

We’re looking for some excited at the prospect of working for an innovative and creative organisation, with agile project management skills, and experience of migrating data between systems. You will be creative in your approach with the ability to construct actionable insight for fundraising, using tools such as Power BI.
