Paul Napier-Burrows


Paul Napier-Burrows studied at the RCM and Guildhall. He joined ENO in 1981, leaving in 1990 to resume his freelance career, and rejoining ENO in 1997.

First Mate Billy Budd, Nym Sir John in Love, Mityukha Boris Godunov, Imperial Commissioner Madam Butterfly, Brian’s father Two Boys and Servant The Winter’s Tale.

Paul has sung various roles with D’Oyly Carte, WNO, Chelsea Opera, Garsington, Castleward Opera Northern Ireland, Kentish Opera and Scottish Opera.
