We are pleased to confirm that following constructive conversations with both Equity and Musicians’ Union, the proposed industrial action has been suspended and the opening night of The Handmaid’s Tale on 1 February will go ahead as planned.
We have reached an interim settlement with Equity that we hope to confirm following the completion of our ongoing negotiations with the Musicians’ Union. We thank them for their constructive talks over the past few weeks.
We will now commence a period of mediation with the Musicians’ Union as we seek to reach a similar agreement, and to finalise the details of both offers.
