Everyone at the ENO is delighted by the news that Stuart Murphy has been awarded a CBE for services to opera in the New Year Honours List 2024.

During his tenure as Chief Executive, Stuart pioneered the [free tickets for Under 21s](https://www.eno.org/your-visit/ways-to-save-offers/under-21s-come– free/) and [discounted tickets for Under 35s](https://www.eno.org/your– visit/ways-to-save-offers/under-35s/) schemes to make opera more accessible for all, and during the pandemic, the ENO manufactured scrubs for NHS staff, and created and developed the ENO Breathe programme – a social prescribing programme for people recovering from long-Covid in partnership with medics from Imperial College NHS Trusts.

ENO also congratulates Jessica Pulay who has been awarded a CBE. Jessica is the Chair of the Wallace Collection. Until recently, Jessica had been a very committed [trustee on the ENO Board](https://www.eno.org/about/whos-who/eno– board/).

Congratulations to all honourees.
