As she steps down as our Chief Executive, we want to thank Jenny Mollica for her brilliant leadership of English National Opera.

Over the past six years, Jenny has been a strategic and inspiring leader during some of the most transformative moments in ENO’s history. She has helped to shape ENO as an opera company with two creative centres, one in London and one in Greater Manchester, along with a dynamic nationwide programme of learning, participation and creative health initiatives.

Under Jenny’s leadership, ENO has continued to explore what opera can be and who it is for, from our main stages to new spaces, communities, education and health settings. Her work has strengthened our belief that opera can make a difference, while honouring the legacy of our founder, Lilian Baylis.
