I worked as a graphic designer for the V&A museum before moving to the USA to teach.
Recently moved to a new home with a garden & looking forward to pottering with the plants!
I’m shaped by but not defined by health challenges of hiv and more recently prostate cancer. I’m a member of River House, a community based renter for people living with hiv.
Although fairly new to opera, I love the singing groups / classes at River House led by the Engage Community Membership Scheme, the classes are always so uplifting and fun (even though I can’t hold a note!)
I’m honoured to be a member of the ENO Community Advisory Group where I meet members from other communities. The diversity of talent in opera – from the music and singing to the costume /lighting & stagecraft really can be transformative and make the world a better place.
