Content
Angel’s Bone portrays extreme sexual violence including rape, human trafficking, sexual exploitation, prolonged acts of sexual aggression, violence, smoking and alcohol misuse, depiction of a firearm, depiction of drug use and injection, and depiction of death by suicide. There will be a major video element to the show which will also strongly suggest acts of sexual and physical violence.
Props
This performance includes theatrical prop firearms. All items are safe, non-operational props used within the performance.
Lighting and sound
This show also contains flashing lights and use of haze. The orchestra and singers in this show are amplified and the noise will be surrounding the audience. The musical styles range from electronic to punk rock, baroque to classical.
Tosca
Our suggested age guidance for Tosca is 15+.
This opera includes themes of violence, murder, suicide, sexual assault and torture.
This production contains depictions of sexual assault, civil unrest and war, death or implied death (by torture, people being thrown from windows, fire, killing in self-defence and execution). There is a sustained threat of violence throughout the production, including the use of weapons.
This production has been created and rehearsed within a safe, choreographed environment, with an intimacy coordinator and fight director, and a wellbeing practitioner available to those involved in the production.
