David Webb


David Webb is a graduate of the Royal College of Music International Opera School and joined the Harewood Artist Programme at the English National Opera in 2016.

Previously for ENO: Messenger Aida, Frederic The Pirates of Penzance, Stimme eines jungen Seemans Tristan und Isolde.

Career Highlights

Notable engagements elsewhere: High Priest, Abner, Amalekite & Doeg in Barrie Kosky’s acclaimed production of Handel’s Saul for Glyndebourne on Tour, appearances at the Teatro Real in Madrid, the Opéra Comique in Paris, Theatre Caen and the Brooklyn Academy of Music; High Priest/Abner/Amalekite/Doeg in Barrie Kosky’s production of Handel’s Saul (Glyndebourne on Tour). Concert engagements include Evangelist in Bach’s Matthäus-Passion (Les Violons du Roy/Bernard Labadie), Evangelist in Bach’s Johannes-Passion (Oslo Domkor) and Messiah (Royal Northern Sinfonia/ Brabbins).
