Over the past few years, as part of ENO’s Community Membership Scheme, we have been building connections with community groups, who have been attending dress rehearsals, performances, backstage tours, pre-show talks, creative workshops and lots more as part of this membership scheme. During this process we have met many wonderful community group leaders and members, as well as visiting those in community settings outside of the London Coliseum.
In response to this, our Community Advisory Group has been running since January 2025, welcoming a group of 6 individuals from groups across our membership scheme and meeting roughly 3 times a year for meetings. The group aims to help inform the ENO’s Community Membership Scheme as it continues to develop as well as supporting ENO to understand the issues facing community groups and how we might play a part in supporting these needs.
