ENO Breathe, initially developed for people experiencing breathlessness and associated anxiety following a Covid-19 infection, is now being offered to a small group of referred individuals with airway diseases (COPD or Asthma) as part of a new phase of development of the programme.
To read more about ENO Breathe, please visit this page here: About the ENO Breathe Programme | English National Opera.
This free six-week breathing and wellbeing programme, led by the English National Opera (ENO) was originally developed in partnership with Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust. To support further development of the programme we are now also partnering with NHS Greater Manchester and Greater Manchester Combined Authority.
This first phase of development is only open to individuals with airway diseases from one of our partner specialist respiratory clinics from Greater Manchester or North West London.
To be referred to the programme, patients need to have had:
- a medical assessment
- a confirmed airway disease
- and be experiencing breathlessness (with or without associated anxiety), despite optimal management.
