Ailish Tynan soprano trained at Trinity College and Royal Irish Academy of Music in Dublin, and the Guildhall School of Music and Drama. She was a Vilar Young Artist at the ROH, a BBC New Generation Artist, and in 2003 won the Rosenblatt Recital Song Prize at BBC Cardiff Singer of the World.
