London-born Grace is a Graduate of the Junges Ensemble at the Sempreoper Dresden.
She began her studies as a linguist, graduating in French and Italian from Clare College, Cambridge, before training as a singer at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama, the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland and the National Opera Studio.
In 2019 she won first prize at the Cesti Competition for Baroque Opera, and the Grand Prix de la Mélodie Française at the Toulouse French Song Competition.
Recent engagements include: Mercédès (Carmen) at Opéra du Capitole – Toulouse Métropole, Kuchtík Rusalka for Garsington Opera at Wormsley, Second Lady (Die Zauberflöte) and Giovanna (Rigoletto) for Zurich Opera, Angelina (La Cenerentola) for Nevill Holt Opera, Narrator (New Year) for Birmingham Opera Company, Iadoc Rex Salomone at Innsbruck Festival of Early Music, Berlioz’s La damnation de Faust with City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra, Handel’s Messiah with Munich Bach Choir, Ravel’s Shéhérazade with the Prague Radio Symphony Orchestra, Job’s Wife in Werner’s Job with Les Talens Lyriques, and recitals at London’s Wigmore Hall, as well as at the Opéra national de Bordeaux, the Opéra de Lille and the Opéra national de Montpellier.
Cinderella is her ENO debut.
