Isabelle Peters

Soprano

Isabelle is a former ENO Harewood Artist and WNO Associate Artist, and an alumna of the Guildhall School of Music & Drama and the Royal Northern College of Music.

She is a former Classic FM ’30 Under 30 Rising Star’ and finalist of both the Voice of Black Opera and the ROSL Annual Music Competition.

Previously for ENO: Mabel (The Pirates of Penzance), The Governess (The Turn of the Screw, cover), Daughter 2 (Akhnaten), Barena (Jenůfa), Papagena (The Magic Flute), and Kate (The Yeomen of the Guard).

Recent engagements include: Marzelline (Fidelio) Garsington, and Adina (L’Elisir d’amore), Garsington’s Opera First.

Our Harewood Artists programme enables exceptionally talented British and British-trained singers, like Isabelle, to perform with a major opera company while receiving specialist coaching, support and guidance for 2-3 years.

Isabelle made her BBC Proms debut with ENO for their ‘Orrible Opera concerts, and regularly appears on the concert and recital platform, performing with orchestras such as Chineke!
