Spencer graduated from Wilkes Academy, where he was the proud recipient of the P&O Scholarship. He is a four-time Tap World Champion, winning titles in Germany in 2014 and 2015.

His television credits include The Voice Kids UK Final, I Can See Your Voice (BBC One), Starstruck, The Masked Dancer (ITV), The Masked Singer (ITV), The Voice (ITV), and the National Lottery’s Big Night of the Musicals, performing with the cast of Bat Out Of Hell.

Spencer has performed internationally with Headliners Theatre Company aboard the P&O Britannia. In 2021, he was Dance Captain for HMS Pinafore at the London Coliseum with English National Opera, later joining the touring production of Firedance by Strictly Come Dancing’s Gorka Márquez, and was a featured soloist in the Commonwealth Games Closing Ceremony (2022).

His theatre credits include playing Romeo in Disney’s Newsies, performing in the Sadler’s Wells workshop of Quadrophenia choreographed by the late Paul Roberts, and portraying Fred Astaire in MJ: The Musical at the Prince Edward Theatre and at the Hamburg Harbour Festival 2025.

Alongside performing, Spencer works as an associate choreographer, assisting Lizzi Gee on Groundhog Day and on HMS Pinafore and Rise and Fall of the City of Mahagonny.
