Under 18s go free

Our scheme for children and young people gives everyone aged 5-17 the opportunity to get a free ticket for every opera in our 2019/20 Season at the London Coliseum on Friday, Saturday and opening night performances in the Balcony area of the theatre.

Schools can also book excellent rates for groups of 10 or more students.

Free tickets if you are aged 16 and 17

For those of you aged 16 and 17 you can get one ticket for the Balcony of the London Coliseum for every Friday, Saturday or opening night opera performance in our 2019/20 Season (excluding The Mikado Gala Performance).

  1. Choose the show, date, time and seat in the balcony for the opera you would like to see
  2. Before you add your ticket to the basket, change ‘Full Price’ to ‘Young Person (16-17 yrs)’ using the drop down menu and the cost of your ticket will become £0.
  3. You will then be asked to add your date of birth to our system.
  4. Please note when you collect your tickets from Box Office, you will need to bring proof-of-age ID

Free tickets for those aged 5-15

If you are booking for someone aged 5-15 you can bring up to four under 16 year olds each time.

These seats will be in the Balcony of the London Coliseum for any Friday, Saturday or opening night ENO opera performance in our 2019/20 Season (excluding The Mikado Gala Performance).

  1. Choose the show, date, time and seats in the balcony for the opera you would like to see
  2. Before you add your tickets to the basket, change ‘Full Price’ to ‘Child (5-16 yrs)’ using the drop down menu and the cost of these tickets will become £0. Please note that there is a maximum of four under 16s tickets per full price ticket. If you wish to bring more than four under 16s, please add another full price ticket to your basket.
  3. Please note when you collect your tickets from Box Office, you will need to bring proof-of-age ID for all those under 16.

This offer is not available for The Mikado: Gala Performance on 28 October. While we welcome all ages to the theatre foyer, unless specifically stated, under 5s are not allowed to enter the auditorium if you have any questions please contact our Box Office team.
