This production contains graphic depictions of: domestic violence, sexual assault, murder, scenes of a sexual nature and full male nudity, alcohol consumption, and the use of drugs and electronic cigarettes, strong language, sudden loud screams.
The ENO takes the safeguarding of children and vulnerable people very seriously.
This production has been created and rehearsed within a safe, choreographed environment, working with a fight director and an intimacy coordinator for some scenes.

Albert Herring

This comic production deals with themes of social conformity and the conflict for Albert between his upbringing and a desire for a more liberated life.
It does not feature strong language or graphic content.
Dead Man Walking
Age guidance for Dead Man Walking is 18+.
This is an emotionally charged production exploring powerful themes. These themes are not just suggested they are clearly portrayed, including depictions of rape, murder, violence, execution by lethal injection and intense grief.
There is also strong language, male nudity, misogynistic behaviour and the use of electronic cigarettes. There are flashing lights and a gunshot in Act 1. It is intended for mature audiences only.
The production has been created and rehearsed within a safe, choreographed environment, working with a fight director, an intimacy coordinator and a wellbeing consultant.
