Buying Opera Tickets
Buying your opera tickets is easy to do on our website.
Head over to our What’s On page where you’ll find details of all our current performances in London and Greater Manchester.
You will need an email address to receive your e-tickets which can be held on your phone or tablet and added to your wallet/passbook app. Alternatively, you can also print your ticket at home and bring it with you if you prefer.

The London Coliseum Box office hours
For performances held at the London Coliseum you can contact the Box Office via Live Chat which is available Monday – Friday at eno.org 10.00 to 18.00.
On days when there is an evening performance in the London Coliseum, we open at 10.00 and close 30 minutes after the show starts.
On days when there is only a matinee performance at the London Coliseum times may vary, usually opening 2 hours prior to the start time of the performance and closing 15 minutes after the performance begins.
Booking fees
For ENO performances at the London Coliseum, all fees are included within the ticket price.
For ENO performances in Greater Manchester, fees may vary by venue. Please check the event page for those productions for details.
Performances at the London Coliseum
There are four seating levels to choose from at the London Coliseum. Starting at ground level they are Stalls, Dress Circle, Upper Circle and Balcony.
Please note there is limited lift access to the Balcony and the staircase has 86 steps.
Boxes are available in the Stalls, Dress Circle and Upper Circle levels.

Under 16s
Children under 16 attending performances at the London Coliseum must be accompanied by an adult. Children under five will not be admitted.
Entry Requirements
For performances at the London Coliseum, please arrive as early as possible and no later than 30 minutes before the performance starts. Main doors and all bars will open 75 minutes before the performance. Auditorium doors open 30 minutes before. To avoid delays, please have your tickets ready on arrival.
Accessible Tickets
For performances at the London Coliseum, we recommend that wheelchair users or customers with other access needs join our Access Scheme so you can purchase tickets at half-price or less, subject to availability. Level access seats, wheelchair accessible seats and extra leg room seats are all marked the London Coliseum seating plan. Please note there is limited lift access to the Balcony and staircase has 86 steps.

Performances at The Bridgewater Hall, Manchester
To plan your visit to The Bridgewater Hall. Manchester, take a look at their Your Visit page
The Bridgewater Hall has step free access into the auditorium, meeting rooms, restaurant, bars and toilets. The Box Office, Stalls Foyer and Auditorium are at ground level. All other floors are accessible via lift. The bars on Stalls, Circle and Gallery levels, and the Box Office all have low level, accessible counter positions.
